This is an intensive regular history department course with lectures, discussion, and film viewings. The class meets for lectures on Tuesday and Thursday from 4:45 to 6:00 pm, discussion on Thursday from 6:00 to 7:00 and for watching films from 7:00 until 9:00 or so. The course carries 4 credits, satisfies a Writing In the Discipline (WID) requirement, provides GWID elements, and is considered a Special Dean's Seminar in Globalization History Course.
